Audrey's Pumpkin Rolls was established in 1992. In 2005 the name was changed to Audrey's Pumpkin & Gourmet Cake Rolls in order to promote the additional flavors that have been introduced over the last several years.

We are a family owned and operated bakery located in Parke County, Indiana. Our bakery is located in Mansfield, where the business started in 1992 as a vending location at the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. We have since expanded our bakery facilities and added 7 additional flavors of cake rolls. Our original Pumpkin, along with Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate, White Raspberry, Lemon, Strawberry, Blueberry and Banana make up a dessert menu that everyone can enjoy. We now offer Chocolate Mint and Red Velvet Gourmet Cake Rolls for the Thanksgiving and Christmas season.
